An Post New Services for Vulnerable & Newpaper Delivery
An Post have announced two new services to help out everyone during the Covid-19 Crisis. Postmen and women across the country can now call into vulnerable people along their route. There is also a new service to have your newpaper delivered.
Check on a relative or vulnerable person
From Monday March 30, Postmen and postwomen across the country will call to the front doors of older and vulnerable customers along their delivery route, particularly those who are living alone in isolated areas.

Order a newspaper
An Post has developed a new service to deliver newspapers each day in urban and rural areas during the COVID-19 crisis. You will be able to subscribe to your newspaper of choice and An Post will deliver the newspaper. For elderly and vulnerable customers the delivery of the newspaper will be free.
How the service works
- You can now buy a subscription to a daily newspaper of choice.
- We will deliver the paper the daily – except for weekend papers which will be delivered on Monday.
